Conference Registration


Option A: For Local Participants

For participants who have either a Massachusetts student ID or a Massachusetts drivers license, the registration fee will be waived. If you are eligible for free registration under this option, please use the following link to register:

NOTE: The Option A (free) Online Registration webpage is no longer available. Please bring your ID and register on-site for free, as explained below.

If you do not qualify, please refer to Option B below.



Option B: For Everyone Else

Online Registration

The deadline for submitting an online registration is Monday, June 21, 2010. Payment is due upon registration if paying via credit card, or receipt of your online invoice if paying via another method. To qualify for the early registration fee, please register and finalize payment on or before June 6, 2010. All registrations must be paid in full on or before June 21. Advance registration is strongly suggested.

On-site Registration/Information Desk Hours

If you are unable to finalize your plans or payment by June 21, you may still register at the on-site registration desk which will be available in the MIT Stata Center beginning at 8:00 am each day; the desk will be open during sessions. On-site registrations will be accepted on a space available basis.

Registration Fees (in USD)

Early Fee (received on or before June 6, 2010) : $95
Late/On-site Fee (received after June 6, 2010) : $135

Registration includes all sessions from June 28-30; breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks from June 28-30; and any materials.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Requests for cancellations, substitutions or other changes may be made online until June 21, 2010. To cancel or make a change after that date, please send email to conferences-www@mit.edu.

Refunds for cancellations received in writing on or before June 21 will be granted less a $35 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after that date. All refunds will be made in US dollars and will be processed in the manner in which the original payment was submitted, with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check. If a refund is made via wire transfer, any bank fees will be deducted from the refund.
