Visas
You will need to inquire whether you need a visa to enter Denmark.
Check the Danish Immigration Service website to see if you need a visa.
If you need a visa, we recommend that you apply well in advance of the conference.
If you are from a non-visa holding country, your passport must be valid for at least three months after you intend to leave Denmark.
Travel insurance
Visitors to Denmark must have a valid travel health insurance to enter countries within the Schengen Agreement area. Check with your travel agency or your insurance company.
All temporary foreign visitors are entitled to free medical treatment in hospitals and emergency wards if they are taken ill or have an accident, provided that they have not travelled to Denmark with the intention of obtaining treatment and are physically unable to return to their own country.
